The link below will bring you to a google form that will be used for the initial intake for the ski club sign ups. There is a limited number of spots (50). The list created from this form will be used to hold your space inline, with preference given to 8th grader students.  Paperwork will be passed out to your students and emailed to the primary email account early next week.
